THE NEW NORMAL

Owned and Operated by Brian Luhmann, Psy.D.

When many of us begin therapy, we strive to return to "the way things were before".  This can cause us to idealize our previous experience, effectively viewing our past through "rose colored glasses".  We strive to help our clients to recognize, develop, and appreciate a "New Normal" that is intentional, sustainable, and balanced.

Our New Normal is represented by a triskele, a Celtic symbol that embodies many common relationships where balance is needed.  The mind-body-spirit connection or a focus on past, present, and future our often areas we explore to redefine balance.

We are here to help you find your New Normal.  Reach out by clicking Contact Us below.
